Una vecchia casa di montagna, di pietra e con i tetti a "lose", non lontana dal fiume e dal bosco, che regala intense emozioni! Ricca di fiori stupendi e di piante di alta montagna .... Possibilità di mangiare ottimi piatti tipici piemontesi e occitani nei vicini ristoranti convenzionati! Camere arredate con buon gusto, tutte con bagno, pulite e molto confortevoli e con materassi comodissimi! Con pavimenti di legno in più locali... Il Bed&Breakfast Barba Bertu di Frassino ha un parcheggio gratuito per le auto davanti alla struttura e c'è pure, su richiesta, un garage custodito per le per le bici e le moto. C'è anche una colonnina per la ricarica delle bici elettriche. Siamo felici di accogliere e di ospitare chi arriva in Valle Varaita per "rifiatare" e per godere dei numerosi TESORI che ci sono ai piedi del Monviso! Vi aspettiamo, con piacere... Buona vita!
Barba Bertu ama scrivere le storie delle persone semplici, alle quali ha dedicato nove suoi libri. Per uno di questi ('Uomini e donne sulle tracce di Dio'), è arrivata anche la gradita e inaspettata telefonata di ringraziamento di Papa Francesco! Nel Bed, ci piace molto conoscere e ascoltare le persone! Amiamo il territorio ai piedi del Monviso e volentieri mettiamo a disposizione di chi arriva quello che conosciamo, con cartine, indicazioni di percorsi, di sentieri, di possibilità di magnifiche gite!
La Valle Varaita è una Valle dove si parla l'antica lingua occitana, ricca di tante tradizioni e di tanti tesori! Una Valle dove si puo' "rifiatare", "staccare la spina dalla vita frenetica e tornare a casa con le batteri cariche!
