Ideal for couples or families. - 1st* bedroom on this floor with a double bed and wardrobe - 2nd* bedroom with lake view on the upper floor with 2 single beds that can be joined and a walk-in wardrobe (please note there is a staircase to reach it) The apartment is situated on the second and top floor, spread over two levels, and includes: - a kitchen area equipped with everything you need (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, etc.) - a living room with a French-style sofa bed and Smart TV - a bedroom on this floor with a double bed and wardrobe - bedroom on the upper floor with 2 single beds that can be joined and a walk-in wardrobe (please note there is a staircase to reach it) - bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail - washing machine and Wi-Fi connection - terrace with lake views, complete with table and chairs, parasol, deckchair, baby bouncer and armchair In the basement, a large private garage is available free of charge for one car and bicycles/sports equipment.
