Modern and functional apartment equipped with all comforts for an optimal stay. Located in a quiet context but equally strategic for reaching the city centre of Bologna or for taking all the motorways and ring roads. Reachable from the city centre by public transport. The flat is very close to the Bellaria hospital and the Sant'Orsola hospital. It is 3 km from the trade fair district with the airport reachable via the ring road after 8 exits. The apartment is modern, well lit and elegant in a new building with a large 8mq balcony for relaxing moments with a view of the park. CRIB: Free of charge (upon request). BABY CHAIR: Free of charge (upon request).
