New, very modern and comfortable apartments, equipped with all necessary accessories in a unique and special context, very private, with great attention to detail, with extensive outdoor spaces distributed between gardens and pools for the use of guests. The covered veranda with barbecue is convenient for outdoor grilling and for a pleasant stay in complete relaxation. Located in close proximity to the lake, 100 meters from the coast, and the charming beaches of Sirmione. Guests will have access to all outdoor spaces such as gardens and walkways throughout the complex, as well as two large communal pools with a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers and showers. Unique and very convenient location in an enchanting and famous place on the Sirmione peninsula, a stone's throw from the lake and close to the historic center, easily reachable on foot. The apartment is located in a unique context surrounded by greenery between gardens and the lake in a very prestigious and reserved residence. An ideal place for family holidays and also for groups of friends. Interior and exterior spaces very generous and managed well. Ideal place for unforgettable holidays on Lake Garda.
