Wonderful apartment located just 10 minutes walk from Bologna Airport, recently renovated, located on the second and top floor of a building without a lift. Equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi network, it is ideal for those arriving or departing at the airport or those looking for a moment of tranquility in a peripheral area of the city, with the convenience of shared parking (not reserved but always available).

The apartment is located right near the ring road exit number 4, which connects the fair area and the historic center in 10 minutes by car. In front of the building you will find the bus stop (called "Birra") which will take you in 10 minutes in front of the Maggiore hospital, in 15 minutes inside the walls of the historic center and in 20 minutes to the central station (Lines 81-91) .

The area is very quiet, a few steps from the apartment you can reach a green area where you can walk along the Reno river, with a long cycle path and a huge park. Restaurants and small supermarkets nearby, as well as a bike sharing service (traditional and electric bikes) with dedicated parking next to the church, a few meters from the apartment.
