Close to the villa there is a wide green area equipped with outdoor furniture and a 6x12 m swimming pool (depth 1,20-2,40 m, completely fenced). The villa is furnished with typical good quality Tuscan pieces and satellite TV. At full guests' disposal there is a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and the possibility to taste and buy good extra virgin olive oil, wine and others typical products. GROUND FLOOR: Large dining room with stone walls, kitchen and wc. FIRST FLOOR: Accessible only from an outside stone staircase, there is a sitting room with stone fire place, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. ATTIC: with access by an internal staircase on get to a walk-through sitting room, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath. DEPENDANCE: small stone house set on two levels next to the manor's house. On ground floor small living-dining room and on first floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Possibility to add two single beds in the bedrooms. HEATING ON PAYMENT (ON CONSUMPTION).

In contact with nature. Borgo Antico is a beautiful farmhouse on the high hills separating the wide green Valdichiana from the high Tevere valley. Situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria it is the ideal place for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and old rural traditions, far from the noise and frenzy of the city. The Etruscan city of Cortona is approx. 18 km far, and in 5 or max. 10 km you can reach restaurants and small shops for basic food.
