As our special guests, you are completely exempt from paying the annual membership fee. During your stay, you can use our canoes, windsurfing equipment, and Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) boards free of charge. Additionally, for adrenaline enthusiasts, the center offers wakeboarding (an activity available for an extra fee).

Thanks to clear, easy-to-follow signage, reaching us by car is simple and foolproof. The location Our guest house is located in the heart of Montecastello, an enchanting and peaceful hilltop village in the province of Pisa. Guests particularly love this location because it allows them to experience the authentic Tuscan atmosphere, far from the chaos, yet in an absolutely strategic position for exploring the region. Things to see and do nearby: Nature and Sports: The surrounding landscape, dominated by woods and hills, is a true paradise for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, with scenic trails starting directly from the village. Culture and Motors: Just a few minutes away is Pontedera, world-famous for its industrial history and the celebrated Piaggio Museum—an unmissable stop for fans of the legendary Vespa and Italian design. Cities of Art: Thanks to the proximity to the Fi-Pi-Li highway and the Pontedera train station, you can easily reach the wonders of Tuscany. Pisa and its Leaning Tower are about 30 minutes away, while beautiful Florence, with its world-famous museums and monuments, can be reached in less than an hour (also very convenient by train to avoid traffic).
