We handle every stage of property management: when necessary, from renovation and furnishing to creating and updating online listings, and setting real-time pricing and availability calendars. Easy to find and perfect for those traveling by train; for those traveling by car there are convenient public parking lots in the areas surrounding the old city (they are not included in our services but are very close to the apartment, easy to find and excellent for avoiding unpleasant entrances into the ZTL!). Perfect place for a short family trip, a couple or solo travelers who want to visit the beautiful city of Verona.

The neighborhood is very quiet, but full of life! Surrounded by restaurants of different types of cuisine (Mediterranean, ethnic, local, ...), bars and delicatessens. Also nearby are several points of interest such as Castel Vecchio and its Museum, the Torre dei Lamberti, the Verona Arena and the Palazzo della Granguardia, Piazza Dante and many others! There is also no shortage of evening entertainment facilities such as the Teatro Filarmonico, Teatro Nuovo, Cinema Kappadue (where films are also shown in the original language), the Sala Orsi where you can play billiards, Villa Brasavola where the famous Candlelight are held (concerts of contemporary music revisited in a classical key by candlelight).
