Opened in November 2019, the Brutia Mom & Son, formed by 2 independent units, is located in the center of Cosenza near the pedestrian area of Corso Mazzini, the true heart of the city, full of bars, shops and the MAB (Museum all 'Aperto Bruzio) full of works of art. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and smart TV, Nespresso machine, minibar, kettle and Amazon Echo Dot. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, shower towels, phones, slippers and shower caps and toiletries. Every morning a sweet breakfast is offered in the shared breakfast room. The structure is well connected, in fact the bus stop is a few meters away, while the bus station is 700m away. It is easily reachable from the International Airport of Lamezia Terme, by car or by paying shuttle in about 50 minutes. The property is 1km from the beautiful historic center, 2.2km from the Castello Svevo, 1.4km from the Duomo, 1.7km from the Rendano Theater, 7.6km from the Unical, 450m from the Civil Hospital.
