Enjoy a stylish holiday in this space 100m. from the historic center, in a very convenient position to forget about the car. Guests have FREE access to the reserved covered parking 30m away. Within a radius of 100m. from the property you will find the nursery, elementary and middle schools, the library, the bank and the pharmacy, two supermarkets (one superstore), bars, the fishmonger, the coin-operated laundry and the bus stop for the airport and the valleys. The apartment, flooded with natural light, was completely renovated in July 2024 with double glazing to ensure total silence. The presence of air conditioning allows for a comfortable stay in the cool even in the height of summer and the presence of two balconies allow you to be outdoors. In the double bedroom there is also a third bed to which you can add the safety "net" for children. The sofa converts into a double bed with the presence of the topper for maximum comfort. ON REQUEST, the camping cot, the high chair, the changing table, the bath tub and the bottle warmer are available FREE OF CHARGE. The city of Clusone requires a tourist tax
