Ca del Lac (Houses of the Lake, in the local dialect) offers apartments for short stays on Lake Iseo, a place full of charm, enchanting landscapes and history. And historical is the structure of "Le Volte" "Le Volte" mini-apartment, with its typical arched ceilings, evidence of the ancient domination of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. Magnificent the location, ground floor lakefront, a few meters from the shore. Stupendous the scenery of the great body of water nestled between the mountains. We love our lake. We are fortunate to enjoy every day a wonderful landscape that gives us always different shades of color. In winter it makes the climate milder, in summer it refreshes us with the Ora, the characteristic wind that right here, in Castro, north-west of the lake, creates a perfect balance, well known in the area. That's why we invent so many parties in the summer evenings that we like to share with whoever comes to the lake: here it's really nice to stay.
iseo Lake is an excellent tourist destination in all seasons. With its pre-alpine landscape and the great Monte Isola all surrounded by water it immediately offers the perception of the perfect place for an ideal holiday. The small villages spread all along the banks alternate with wild views, such as the overhang of the Bogn to the northwest or the Torbiere del Sebino to the south. Val Camonica, to the north, preserves millenary rock carvings. Everywhere, good food and the wines of Franciacorta are very popular and sought after specialties. Water-, mountain-, and classic sports offer many different recreational opportunities. Routes of nature, art and culture are a second skin in constant evolution. However, it is enough to sit back and watch: the view is spectacular, the relaxation assured.
