The interior spaces are modern and functional and recently renovated: the living room with exposed wooden ceiling hosts a sofa bed for two, flat-screen TV, dining area and a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishes and utensils, to cook like at home! The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The double bedroom has a large wardrobe, TV, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to a balcony with an enchanting view of the hills surrounding the house. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bunk bed, a desk to use for any work needs and a second balcony. Next to it is the other bathroom of the house, complete with sanitary ware, shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay. The level of comfort is truly complete: air conditioning in the two bedrooms and in the bathroom inside the double room, independent heating, Wi-Fi throughout the house, cot and high chair for the youngest children, coffee machine, books to read in your moments of relaxation and fresh bedroom and bathroom linen provided by us for each stay for the number of people in the reservation. For your car, Ca' Rondine offers free private parking just a few minutes' walk from the house. If our guests need a closer parking spot, they can find one in the free street parking spaces. You can organize your check in directly with her, who will wait for you on site and give you the keys or assist you in a self check in if necessary. The CHECK IN time starts at 4.00 pm and ends at 7.00 pm. The CHECK OUT will instead be done by 11. For information or assistance you can therefore contact PMC or Mrs. Maura here on the portal. You will have access to all the spaces of the house which is rented entirely without areas shared with other tenants or other guests. ATTENTION: To get to the entrance of the house there are stairs. EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL: 1) Tourist tax: from March 1st to October 31st the municipality of Castiglione Chiavarese applies a tourist tax of 1 EURO per night per guest (from 12 years old and up and for a maximum of three consecutive nights) which will be collected in cash upon arrival.

The house is located in the center of the village of Castiglione Chiavarese: within a few minutes' walk you can find all the essential services, from the supermarket to the pharmacy, from the bar to the bus stop. The neighborhood has an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. Here life still flows on a human scale, and you only need to leave the house to be in the heart of the village, among the small shops, the church, the oven with hot focaccia and the friendly voices of the inhabitants. An area popular with mountain bike and walking enthusiasts with beautiful equipped routes, marked trekking paths that also lead to the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, a long-distance hiking itinerary that crosses the entire mountain ridge of Liguria, from Ventimiglia (on the border with France) to Ceparana (on the border with Tuscany). There is also a riding school about 1km away. Despite being immersed in the greenery and quiet of the Ligurian hinterland, the town is well connected to the coast: in 15–20 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Riva Trigoso and Sestri Levante, with their sandy beaches, seaside restaurants and clear waters. The Cinque Terre, as well as the Aveto Natural Park, are easily accessible for day trips: perfect for those who love to explore, walk or simply fill their eyes with beauty. If you love nature, you can explore the paths of the Aveto Park, among woods, waterfalls and mountain views or go even further inland and visit Varese Ligure, the first European municipality certified for environmental sustainability. For a different day, just take the train from Sestri or Levanto and set off to discover the Cinque Terre: Monterosso, Vernazza, Manarola and Rio Maggiore, villages nestled in the rock that seem to have come out of a postcard. Moving in the opposite direction you can visit places like Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure until you reach Portofino.
