Appartamento tranquillo in tipica casa canavesana, piano terreno (adatto anche a persone disabili). All'esterno ampio cortile con parcheggio riservato, ideale per chi viaggia in auto o in bici. Situato a 1 km da Ivrea, ideale per visitare il verde Canavese e punto d'appoggio per percorrere la via Francigena e scoprire la Valchiusella.
