This delightful 40 sq m 2 room apartment, recently renovated, is located 500 meters from the historic center of Cernusco sul Naviglio. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), Casa Matabù takes its name from the small boat the owner owned as a child; the sea inspired the apartment's fresh and welcoming style. It features a spacious and bright double bedroom, a bathroom with a window, a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Air conditioning and a washing machine are also available. The spaces are organized in a practical and functional way to make your stay as comfortable as possible, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bathroom with window has a bathtub with shower, and the kitchen features a washing machine, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, gas stovetop, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed.
