Independent seaside villa with a large outdoor area, barbecue space, and private parking. The beach is easily reachable on foot, just across the road. The property is well connected by public transport (AMTAB bus n°12) and is located just a few meters from the ring road (San Giorgio exit), making it easy to reach Bari city center and nearby areas.
