Upon arrival me or one of my assistants will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, then we will be available during the stay for any problem. Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request. Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.

Modern, elegant and recently renovated apartment with fine finishes in the heart of the city center of Bologna. Equipped with a double bedroom, spacious lounge with sofa and TV, equipped kitchen, marble bathroom and complete with everything, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It will be the perfect base for your stay in Bologna! The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift, so it can be easily reached without having to climb any flights of stairs. The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal tea, coffee). Hot water is supplied by an 80l electric water heater. You can use it up to 3 consecutive times. Charging times are fast, about 3 hours for the entire boiler and we're back at 80 degrees. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the main square and at the beginning of a narrow street full of typical bars and shops. From here you can reach all the main attractions of the city on foot: Piazza Maggiore: 10 seconds on foot Two towers: 3 minutes Archiginnasio: 3 minutes St. Stephen's Basilica: 5 minutes Basilica of San Domenico: 7 minutes Basilica of San Francesco: 10 minutes The flat is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) of the centre. If requested, at the time of booking we will provide you with all the information you need to reach the flat and to park your car.
