The property is located in a very beautiful natural setting with a garden, swimming pool, and private parking. It is independent and comprises 4 studio apartments, two of which have a private terrace and two with a veranda, and 2 one-bedroom apartments with a private terrace.

The house is located 400 m from the sea and restaurants, 150 m from the magnificent Ponente cycle path, 600 m from the historic centre of Porto Maurizio and 200 m from two supermarkets
