The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is separate, with an oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, espresso machine, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. From the living room, you can access a furnished terrace with a sea view. Air conditioning available in all rooms. The independent entrance and private parking complete the amenities.

The complex is located on the Cannelle promontory, along the scenic road connecting Porto Azzurro to Rio. Shared amenities are generally available from late May to mid-September. The Capo d'Arco complex is also crisscrossed by several nature trails, both within the property and towards the surrounding areas of Elba Island. These trails can be explored on foot, by bicycle, or by motorbike, and allow you to discover natural landscapes and panoramic views. Access to the property is reserved exclusively for guests and is supervised by a concierge. The pools and main common facilities are generally open from early June to late September.
