A) Why you’ll love it You’ll be staying in Capo d’Arco, a private estate within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, in a setting much loved by those seeking nature and the sea on Elba Island. The sleeping arrangements are flexible: a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The private balcony provides a useful outdoor space during your stay. The residence offers the following separate facilities (not included in the price): a deep-end pool with a children’s area, a sea-side pool with access to the rocks, beach volleyball, tennis, five-a-side football, a mini-market, a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a seasonal shuttle service. B) Layout and facilities The apartment is a 43 m² two-room flat comprising a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The spaces are simple, tidy and well-suited to a practical holiday stay. The living area features a dining table and a sofa bed. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. The balcony is private, whilst the garden is communal.

Capo d’Arco is situated on the Cannelle headland, just a few minutes from Porto Azzurro, within a private estate surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It is a very distinctive micro-area of Elba: more intimate, greener, and more suited to a leisurely holiday than to an evening stroll around the neighbourhood. Rio Marina, on the eastern coast of Elba, has a strong identity that sets it apart from the rest of the island. For centuries it has been linked to iron mining, and this history is still evident today in the Mining Park, the Open-Air Museum and the silhouette of the village overlooking the harbour. It is a unique feature that gives the area its character: here, the sea coexists with an industrial heritage that is very rare for a seaside resort.
