The accommodation is lived in by the owner and consists of three rooms for rent, ideal for guests looking for a quiet and well-organized environment. The rooms are simple and functional, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a desk, wardrobe, bed linen and towels. Guests can use the shared kitchen, in accordance with the house rules indicated in the dedicated section. The bathroom is very spacious, recently renovated, equipped with a comfortable shower and shared with other guests. One of the main strengths of the accommodation is its location: about a 10–15 minute walk from the train station and the port, it is ideal for guests travelling for work, study or tourism, and well connected to the city centre and public transport.
