Apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms for a total of four beds. Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds that can be joined together if necessary. The roof is made of insulated wood, which in addition to making the house perfectly insulated, together with the aged parquet creates a warm and vintage atmosphere at the same time. The living room-kitchen has a splendid kitchenette. Equipped with a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Torre San Giovanni is a beautiful seaside resort in Salento which is part of the municipal area of ​​the municipality of Ugento but which is famous for its beautiful coastline which attracts tourists from all over Italy and also from abroad. The coast of Torre San Giovanni overlooks the Ionian Sea and can ideally be divided into two areas. To the north of the port there is a stretch of rocky and low coast, while to the south there are coasts characterized by fine white sand. In particular, the Torre San Giovanni beach hosts both free beach areas and stretches equipped with establishments that offer all the services, restaurants and mini clubs for children.
