Unique house on 5000sq m of land with stunning sea views. Wonderful beaches nearby. Spacious house with separate rooftop studio for up to 12 people. Suitable for holidays with the extended family, holidays with friends or for small seminar groups. The house offers plenty of space inside and out, has 3 bathrooms and a large dining kitchen. A big terrace offers sea view 180° up to Corsica. Additional roof terrace with even greater sea view. Very quite place with few neighboring houses. Only 3 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and few minutes to supermarkets, restaurants + Cafes.
We are both architects and bought the house 2017. We did a lot of renovation work since then to get the best use of this traditional Sardinian house and we transformed it into a very beautifil escape place. We are also Yoga- und Meditation-Teacher and would love to rent the place to people or small seminar groups who want to go for a retreat or Yoga-Seminar. It´s the perfect place for that because the place is very quiet and the neighbouring houses are in some distance so it would be also possible to play music or meditate in silence.
Shops, restaurants, Cafe, beach Cafe´s, beach closeby in walking distance (about 10 Minutes) or short drive. To Sassari it´s only a 15 minutes drive, lots of shopping opportunities there, remarkable old city center etc. Within 45 Minutes drive exciting sightseeing places like Alghero, Nuraghes, neolithic sites, beautiful Sardinian villages etc. The most beautiful beaches like "La Pelosa", Valledoria, Mugoni are only 50km away.
