Passionate about Italian culture. The owners cultivate their own olive trees to make their own oil and have hives to produce their own honey. Very aware of the environment, they practice permaculture for growing fruits and vegetables.

The Salomone Matelica country house, in collaboration with Casa Baldoni, offers a wonderful stay surrounded by nature, tranquility, and breathtaking views, while staying warm in the cozy farmhouses of Casa Baldoni, Colferraio - Matelica - Macerata - Marche region. We can accommodate you for both the long Christmas break and New Year's Eve. You can prepare your own Christmas lunch and dinner using the facilities at Casa Baldoni, or have lunch and dinner in the beautiful farmhouse of the Salomone country house.
