Fabulous finely renovated apartment with wonderful sea view in the historic center. Casa Balilla is a recently renovated apartment in the heart of the historic center, a stone's throw from Piazza Umberto I and via Giuseppe Garibaldi, the main pedestrian street on the island of La Maddalena. The property is located on the second floor without lift of a small condominium, and consists of a large living room with kitchenette and a balcony that enjoys a wonderful sea view on the islands of Caprera and Santo Stefano, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and a large bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it offers a set of towels and a set of sheets at no additional cost.
The historic center of La Maddalena, recently awarded as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, offers the opportunity to take advantage of an innumerable number of services all within easy walking distance such as: supermarkets, pharmacies, municipal offices, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, newsagents, rentals as well as shops of various kinds.
