Barca House is on the first floor and it is only 50 meters away from the sea and the golden beach of Punta Braccetto. From the panoramic terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view on the sea and the Vigliena Tower. The typical floor dates back to the 70s and it perfectly matches with the modern and comfortable furniture, giving a mix of authentic and unique style. It is equipped with air conditioning with hot/cold system and Wi-Fi connection; the house consists of: a dining room with sofa and Tv; a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee pot, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine; two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds; a windowed full bathroom with shower and bidet. The house boasts a veranda where you can dine and relax in total tranquility; you can also use the private covered car parking and the barbecue for free.

The area is safe and quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday. A few km away, you can reach Punta Secca, the "Vigata" of Montalbano, the most lively Marina di Ragusa, Donnafugata Castle, and various baroque cities.
