A real old fashioned Italian country house with large court, vines and roses. The nearest rocky beach is only 5 min walking, the sandy beach is about 10 min walking. New kitchen (with all needed appliances), freshly renovated bathroom. 2 rooms are air conditioned, 2 other rooms have a ventilator. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms (the guests with single beds will have to use one of these bathrooms). Street parking is free.
I have moved to Briatico 14 years ago, because it's the best seaside place in Italy
The house is situated in a genuine Italian fishermen's town, just a few minutes away from anything one may need - supermarkets and other shops, restaurants, bars. All beaches are in walking distance. Spectacular sea and hills views all around.
