From here there is immediate access to the modernly equipped kitchen, the bedroom equipped with a large walk-in closet and the bathroom with large shower. In addition, the accommodation has a relaxation area located in the basement, which can be reached via an internal wooden staircase. Here you can watch TV or rest on a comfortable sofa that can transform into a large sofa bed. The aprtment can host up to 6 people. The powder blue color that characterizes some details of the house and acts as a link between the various rooms gives the house a harmonious appearance. There are various environments available in which to entertain with 3 smart TVs available to guests. The entire accommodation is air conditioned. Free parking are available around the property.

This avenue dates back to the mid-19th century and has always connected the historic center of the city to the tourist area of ​​bathing establishments called Lido. From the folkloristic ones such as the Gugul, a narrow street which is the symbolic place of the fishermen of Fano, to the historical ones. In fact, in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the historic center and you will immediately be immersed in Roman Fano.
