Casa Carlotta Apartments is a brand new structure just built in the center of Terrasini, a few minutes walk from the sea and the historic center. The structure is made up of three apartments: the first is located on the ground floor while the other two are located on the upper floors (accessible via stairs). Each apartment consists of a living area with kitchen (fully equipped, including small appliances), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and unlimited, free Wi-Fi.

The property is located in Terrasini, a seaside resort a few kilometers from Palermo Airport (reachable by a bus company that runs every day). On foot it is possible to reach, in a few minutes, both the sea and the historic center of Terrasini where you will find many commercial activities and many restaurants.
