Casa Cavour is a large apartment compared to the classic apartments in the center of Sassari. It has very high vaults and we have tried to keep as much of the original as possible. The house has a splendid terrace of about 16sqm which overlooks the internal garden and where it is possible to eat or sunbathe. It is located in the center of the city of Sassari a few meters from the Duomo, the main squares, in the shopping street. The car park is only 50 meters away and has over 300 parking spaces for cars and motorbikes.

The city of Sassari is the historic urban center of the Capo di Sopra island. With its 546.08 km², it is the largest municipality in the region and the fifth largest in Italy. More precisely, it is placed in 4th place worldwide, among the 10 cities with the most pleasant climate.
