The home consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the other a double bedroom with a single bed with a second bed on a mezzanine and a bathroom), and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home also features a television and a washing machine. Children are allowed. Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing on the furnished garden or sunning on the closed terrace, both for private use. The outside area also features a spacious furnished porch with a wonderful view, as well as a private solarium. Parking spaces are available on the property.
