An independant rustic 2-story home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, a sofa bed. A/C in bedrooms, a beautiful open fireplace, and large windows. WiFi, TV, washer, dryer. An incredible view overlooking medieval cities, farmland, sunflower fields, vineyards, Tenna River, Sibilini Mountains, Monte Conero, and the sea. The fruit tree orchard directly below the house are 1,100 freshly planted fruit trees to add even more to the beauty of the location. The American owner lives in the large 3 story villa next door in a separate independant house and manages the property.
I moved to Fermo in 2018 and was not sure exactly what I wanted to do. I had remodeled a few homes in California and liked doing it and thought I would try it in Italy. After moving into this incredible home and views I thought others must see the beauty here. The "small" house is complete and now working on the "big" house. Come and see Casa Degli Angeli which is literally the house of the angels, but to me, it is house of Los Angeles.
It is 2 km from the famous Fermo city center, Piazza Del Popolo, cathedral, hospital, shopping, cafes, restaurants but completely private on a country road with a security gate entrance. 10 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes from Ancona airport, 30 minutes from Loreto, 40 minutes to mountains and skiing.
