Property for exclusive use Farmhouse, 260 sq. m. for 12 persons with 5 double bedrooms, one of which with 1 additional bed, 1 single, 3 complete bathrooms and one guest bathroom. The house has a private swimming pool with a great view, a large garden, a covered, furnished portico for outdoor meals, a barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV and parking. The rectangular swimming pool is in a raised, sunny position above the house, with stairs leading up to it. The pool is 11m by 7 with a depth of 1.6-2.3 m and is externally paved, with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, outdoor shower and a small table with chairs, perfect for sunset appetizers. For lunches and outdoor barbecues, there is a large covered portico in stone right in front of the villa. Shaded parking for 3 large cars is inside the property, which is accessible from an electric gate. The villa is mostly on the ground floor, except for an attic with a spiral staircase, suitable for the young adults and teens. The entrance leads to a hallway with fireplace, sideboard and table for quick snacks next to the kitchen. A stone and brick arch leads to the living/dining room with a comfy sofa and satellite TV, while another passage leads to the small bathroom with washing machine, the single bedroom and to the spiral staircase up to the attic, with a double bedroom, a twin bedded room (suitable for children) and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor night area has two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower, a room with three beds, a large bathroom with shower. The property includes: WiFi, central heating, baby bed, high chair, 6 portable fans, hairdryer and parking. Included in the price: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen along with swimming towels (changed weekly). Swimming pool is available from May 15th to October 1st from 9:30 AM to 8.00 PM. Property has 2.8 km of road leading up to it, some of which is not asphalt.
