Struttura con giardino privato sulle splendide colline tortonesi tra i vigneti di Timorasso, zona enogastronomica rinomata, tranquilla e tutta da scoprire.
La zona è ideale per il relax, lo sport e turismo enogastronomico. A metà strada fra Milano e Genova, a pochi km dall'outlet di Serravalle. Zona verde tutta da scoprire a piedi o in bicicletta (Fausto Coppi è nato qui). A pochi minuti da Volpedo che diede natali e ispirazione al Pellizza offre stimoli e relax a un'esperienza turistica non banale.
