The apartment on the first floor of a private building, with garage for the exclusive use of the house and courtyard. Composed of living room with double sofa bed and table with chairs, kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher and induction hob, double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub. The accommodation is located a few minutes drive from Argegno which is the first town in terms of proximity overlooking Lake Como; from there boats and hydrofoils leave to explore both branches of the lake, including the famous Bellagio beyond Menaggio. Inland you can visit the Valle d'Intelvi that reaches 1200 meters in height in Lanzo.
