Un appartamento finemente ristrutturato all'interno di una costruzione del 1600. Una volta Convento di clausura. Affaccia direttamente sul Castello di Bracciano nella piazza centrale del Paese. Posizione centralissima. Vista unica. Dotata di parcheggio interno privato con accesso diretto alla casa vacanze. Due ampie camere da letto, un salone con piccolo studio, una cucina abitabile, due bagni. Un posto pieno di ristoranti, locali per aperitivi, supermercati, Posta, banche ed ogni genere di esercizio commerciale. la casa vacanza ha due entrate. una su via pedonale e l'altra su via parallela che permette l'accesso con auto. La casa dista 600 metri dal lago di Bracciano. A 20 metri c'è la stazione ferroviaria. Direzione Roma e Viterbo. Il treno ferma alla stazione di San Pietro, meta del Giubileo (50 minuti di viaggio) TARIFFE La tariffa per 2 persone è di 161 euro. Per 2 persone e 1 bambino euro181. Per 4/5 persone è di 230 euro a notte.
