Casa della Regina is located in Sirmione, a short walk from the historic center and the famous thermal complexes, on the shores of Lake Garda in a prestigious protected residence of Caesar with underground parking, swimming pools, surrounded by flowering gardens and olive trees. It offers two large seasonal outdoor pools, one seasonal outdoor pool for children, free underground parking for two cars. The 130 m² Casa della Regina apartments are equipped with free WI-FI, air conditioning and satellite TV. It offers a spacious terrace with a dining table, upholstered garden furniture and beautiful views of Lake Garda; second terrace overlooking the garden, fully equipped kitchen and all necessary appliances in the house. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes and slippers. Within walking distance are several restaurants, bicycle rentals, a beach with water sports equipment rentals and yacht, boat and boat rentals. Distance to Verona 30 km, to Venice 115 km. The observation deck and funicular Monte Baldo is 24 km away, the natural thermal park Parco Termale del Garda and the Garda Land amusement park are 15 minutes away by car.

Lake Garda is the largest lake in Europe, located at the southern foot of the Italian Alps. The resort town of Sirmione is the pearl of Lake Garda, which is famous for the beauty of the Old Town and the healing thermal springs. Sirmione's unique location on a peninsula jutting deep into the lake endows it with an unusual positive energy and mild climate, which invariably attracts a large number of tourists. The impressive castle with battlements guarding the entrance to the historic city center is one of the most visited attractions in Italy. The city keeps important evidence of the Roman era, remembers many celebrities - Joyce, Tennyson, Maria Callas have been here, and delights guests with its beaches, thermal waters and a rich selection of wines and delicacies of northern Italy. Sirmione is also famous for the ruins of the ancient Roman mansion of the 1st century AD "Catullus Grottoes" and its thermal centers Catullus and Virgil with thermal springs of sulphurous water with iodine-bromine salts, which tones the nervous and vascular system.
