Check-in is fully online and access to the property is via smartphone and internet connection; we take care of collecting the tourist tax upon arrival. Elegance, style and comfort. An exceptional apartment in one of the city's most prestigious areas, just steps from Piazza Grande. The house, on the 2nd floor with elevator of a beautiful building, is fully renovated and features high-quality finishes. The furnishings combine classic elements with a refined, modern atmosphere. Living area: - living room with sofa bed and 50" smart TV - modern, fully equipped kitchen - spacious bathroom with window and bathtub A staircase leads to the sleeping area: - double bedroom with memory foam mattress and smart TV - second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine (with detergent capsules), heating and air conditioning, wifi connection and free parking for the entire duration of your stay. Bed and bath linen, provided by a professional laundry service, is included.

Neighborhood info

The building overlooks Corso Canalchiaro, one of the city's most prestigious streets. We're in the heart of Modena's centre, and it's very easy to reach us both from the train station and by car thanks to the ZTL pass and free parking.
