Casa di Laino dates back to the early 1700s. Built by a peasant family, it was inhabited until the 70s, then handed down from generation to generation, various works were carried out such as heating and sewage system. For about ten years my wife and I have decided to revive this house by adding a touch of modernity but without affecting the ancient taste that characterizes it. The cow shed has become a simple shed for wood and the closet where the pig was kept a storage room for the barbecue ... a touch of color to the rooms and some modern comforts to welcome our guests who greatly appreciate the peace that you breathe.
I am a forty-year-old accountant (even a few more), in my free time I like to organize dinners with friends in front of the barbecue and a glass of good wine! I like to take walks in nature with my family.
I live in the countryside a few kilometers from Lucca in the midst of olive groves and vineyards. I am fortunate to be able to quickly reach both the Versilia sea and the Garfagnana mountain but often I just need to relax in the garden among the green of my land to recharge and face another week of work.
