In the heart of Le Marche, in Montegiorgio, lies Casa Felice, a charming villa with a swimming pool surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and the typical landscapes of the Marche countryside. The garden, enriched with fruit trees and relaxation areas, is perfect for both adults and children, while the gazebo with dining table and barbecue invites guests to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. A short path leads to the stunning panoramic pool with a fully equipped sunbathing area, offering beautiful views over the hills. The property also includes a small vegetable garden with seasonal produce available to guests. Fully fenced, the villa ensures privacy and comfort throughout the stay. The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto the kitchen, the heart of the house, featuring a central island and direct access to the garden. A working fireplace and a spacious dining table make this area ideal for enjoyable evenings together, even during the colder months. A short corridor leads to a guest bathroom and a pantry and further on to a small sitting room with sofas and a TV corner. From here, there is access to a partially enclosed veranda, consisting of a dining area and a lounge corner furnished with wicker sofas and armchairs. The upper floor is reached via an internal staircase (with narrow treads and high risers) and includes a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom (air-conditioned) with en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub. This room also has access to a small terrace.
