"Casa Rita" is a historic property of urban interest, as seen in its original walls and staircase. “Casa Rita” is located on the"Altopiano di Pinè" in the small village of Guarda ("Varda" in dialect), which is part of the Municipality of Pergine Valsugana. Surrounded by the Alps, this village is the hometown of Domenica Targa, the shepherdess who, supposedly, witnessed 5 Appearances of the Virgin Mary between 1729 and 1730. In the surroundings there are several religious places, between Santuario della Madonna di Piné (Monument to the Redeemer), prato della Comparsa, Chiesa di Sant'Anna a Montagnaga di Piné, Santuario della IV Comparsa, as well as the monuments to the 4 Misteri Gaudiosi del Rosario. From “Casa Rita” it is possible to reach easily several lakes in the area: “Caldonazzo”, “Canzolino”, “Serraia” e “Piazze”, by enjoying the amazing view, between beautiful hikes and equipped beaches. Moreover, there is the possibility to do excursions and hikings in the forests surrounded by beautiful mountains. During the winter season it is possible to reach some ski stations (Panarotta 2002, Folgaria, Monte Bondone). Moreover, Casa Rita is near some of the locations of the upcoming Winter Olympic Games 2026 (Tesero and Predazzo).
