Each unit offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a 60” Smart TV, air conditioning, a private bathroom with a spacious spa-style shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and an espresso machine. Comfort and practicality: self check-in with smart keyless access, a safe, ironing board and iron, memory-foam mattress and pillows, and a dedicated work area. Key strengths are privacy, quiet surroundings, and efficient management—ideal for resting well after a workday.

During the day the street is lively and convenient for nearby services, while in the evening/night the area is quiet for resting.
