In the garden there is a pool measuring 4x5 meters and 1,40 meters high, equipped with massaging water jets, Roman steps and illuminated at night with colour games. The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. In the garden there is also garden furniture and a barbecue. The porch is equipped with a table and chairs to comfortably dining outdoors. The property is completely fenced and has private parking. The house is accessed via an automatic gate. The owners, who live in the house next door, inside the property, will ensure guests maximum privacy.

Casa Grazia is located in a hilly position near San Giorgio di Pesaro, in the province of Pesaro Urbino, in the north of Le Marche region. From the house, you can easily reach the Adriatic coast in about 20 minutes by car. In the seaside resorts of the area, including Marotta, Fano and Senigallia, there are equipped beaches and areas with free beaches, alternating fine sandy beaches with gravel stretches of coastline. Along the coast, you will also find many restaurants where you can taste typical local fish dishes, as well as pizzerias, pubs and beach chalets. Exploring Le Marche hills, you can visit many historic villages including Mondavio, Corinaldo, Pergola, Gradara, walking along medieval alleys and walls, among churches, museums and panoramic views.
