‘Casa Helba’ is a small flat that forms, together with 3 other apartments, ‘Colle Paradiso Experience’, a small Residence. The entire property comprises about 1.000 square metres of indoor and outdoor space and is located in a very quiet hilly area in Capoliveri, in the south-eastern part of the Island of Elba. It is one of the few properties on the island to be located entirely within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, a protected reserve of the Italian State since 1996. This area is the ideal place to stay in an oasis of peace, relaxation, privacy and security, far from noise and in close contact with nature and the sea. It is a pretty and cosy flat. The white of the furnishings and the yellow of the upholstery make this small one-bedroom apartment bright and cheerful. Although it does not have a direct view of the sea, it still guarantees comfort and privacy. It has an internal surface area of 29 square metres. It is divided as follows: entrance, living room-kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower; the porch is equipped with furniture for eating and deckchairs for relaxing. The barbecue outside is ideal for enjoying delicious summer barbecues. The price includes: cleaning of the flat before check-in, Water, Electricity, Gas, Waste, WiFi, Bed linen (Pillowcases, Sheets, Blankets), Bathroom linen (Towels and Carpet) and the main kitchen utensils. The flat is 1.5 kilometres from the sea and has a unique and magnificent panorama, thanks to its strategic location. The nearest beach is Capo Perla, named after the place. It is a small natural inlet, frequented mainly by our guests only (10 minutes by car). The nearest equipped beach is Straccoligno (10 minutes by car). The centre of the village of Capoliveri, only 3 kilometres away (15 minutes by car), is very pretty, especially in the evening, with its narrow streets and characteristic shops.

Capoliveri, the town in which the ‘Colle Paradiso Experience’ Residence is located, is the best known on the Island of Elba, due to its many different types of beauty: from the many beautiful beaches, to the very rustic and characteristic town centre, to one of the most important features: here you can practise any type of outdoor sport (by land or sea). The former, such as free-climbing, to the gentler ones such as tennis and golf, and then mountain biking, trekking on foot or on horseback, archaeo trekking, and plenty of opportunities for birdwatchers and biowatchers to appreciate the rich variety of fauna and flora. The second might be canoe, kayak, windsurfing, and pedalo tours to admire the colours and cleanliness of our sea. Every year, Capoliveri hosts the ‘Capoliveri Legend Cup’, a very famous mountain bike race, on Monte Calamita (terrain that has seen world enduro bike and bicycle events), Triathlon and Rally races.
