Within walking distance (5 min) of a nice spot on the beach with crystal clear water, mostly visited by locals and a handful of tourists. Close to good restaurant and centrally for trips to other beaches or places like Castelsardo, Sassari and Alghero. The entrance is through the front garden with a little terrace to have breakfast in the morning sun :) and a great hot water outdoor shower! Into the spacious living room with large flat screen smart TV and luxury fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; 4 burner induction hob, oven/ microwave, fridge and freezer. Two separate bedrooms with KING beds and 2 bathrooms with double sinks, showers and toilets with hand showers. Closet with washing machine an iron and ironing board. In every room is a airco! Outside on the spacious second terrace you can enjoy lunch in the shadow or dinner at an amazing sunset.
