Make yourself at home! Although close to the action in the heart of a residential street, the home’s triple-pane windows in the bedrooms keep it quiet when you want. With AC and heat in both bedrooms and lots of surfaces and drawers for your stuff, you can spread out and relax. There is a cozy and well-equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, induction stovetop (with instructions) and a dishwasher. The TV streams antenna channels or from your own entertainment accounts or device. There is a rustic storage space next door where you can lock up your bikes, SUPs, skis, or oversize items. Our goal is to be a comfortable home base for your exploration of the area or your time with family and friends in Città Sant’Angelo.

I'm Suzanne. From this home, my husband and I first explored Città Sant'Angelo and Abruzzo. We love walking the old streets in the evening, looking out over the walls at the nearby mountains and sea. I hope you fall in love with our town, too.

For visitors, this little corner of Abruzzo is a revelation! With the sea spread out at one end of town and the highest mountain of the Appenines visible at the other end, it’s a beautiful place to wander and catch the sunrise, the sunset, and other moments. The pace is slow, the climate is usually pleasant, and the town hosts events around sports, wine, art, and music throughout the year, especially summer. Check out our many restaurants and wineries, plus the local market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. There is a tourist stand where they are eager to acquaint you with the town's 13 churches and surrounding hike/bike trails. We have room for you to store your stroller, bikes, or SUPs. If you plan to visit the beach, we offer a beach umbrella, mat, 2 towels, and a tote bag. Or rent a bike in Montesilvano and follow the coastline along the 42 km-long continuous flat bike path. Or check out the thrift stores in Silvi and Montesilvano, or explore the Trabochhi Coast south of Pescara. There’s so much to discover here!
