65 m² ground-floor apartment with step-free access. It consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen/living room with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, pots and pans, and a moka coffee maker; a TV is also available. Bed linen (sheets, duvet, pillow with pillowcase) and towels are included in the price and provided for the entire stay. Guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment tidy and in decent condition upon departure; cleaning between stays is taken care of by the host. Outside, there is a lawn/garden with tables for eating or relaxing outdoors. A large private car park belonging to the property is available 50 m away, with space for more than one car. Free Wi-Fi included. Automatic heating, always on during the cold months.

We are a family and we manage the apartment personally. Living nearby, we are available for in-person check-in and for anything you may need during your stay. We reply quickly to messages, both before and during your holiday, and we are happy to give you tips on restaurants and local activities based on what you are looking for.

Quiet side street, away from the main road. Within walking distance you'll find a playground (100 m) and a supermarket (200 m). The chairlift base area is 800 m away: there is a quicker pedestrian path, or it can be reached by car.
