The recently renovated apartment is located on the first and second floors of a historic building and can accommodate up to 4 people. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a bathroom, the kitchen, and a small dining room. On the second floor, there is a spacious attic converted into a living room with a second bathroom. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it is the ideal base for exploring Tuscany and experiencing Lucignano in every season. Throughout the year, a rich calendar of events brings the town to life, making every stay an opportunity to soak up the energy and vibrancy of the local community. Access to Lucignano’s historic center by car is regulated by a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) in effect on weekdays (8:00 PM to midnight) and on holidays (midnight to midnight). To avoid fines, we recommend leaving your car in the convenient free outdoor parking lots (such as those on Viale Roma) and continuing on foot.

Lucignano is a charming medieval village perched on a hill in the heart of the Val di Chiana, in the province of Arezzo. Surrounded by ancient walls and characterized by narrow cobblestone streets, the village has preserved its authentic charm and offers a peaceful atmosphere rich in history, steeped in Tuscan tradition. In the historic center and its immediate vicinity, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies, clothing stores, medical centers, and a playground for children. Public parking is available near the historic center. Lucignano is the ideal destination for those seeking relaxation, art, and nature. Its location is also perfect for exploring the rolling hills of the Val di Chiana on foot or by bike and for easily reaching some of Tuscany’s most charming towns. About 7 km away is Sinalunga, a convenient hub for grocery shopping and daily necessities, thanks to the presence of numerous supermarkets and large retail stores, including Coop, Lidl, Eurospin, and Carrefour.
