By booking at Casa Lucia will stay in a nice and cozy Alpine-style apartment with views directly opposite the majestic glacier of Cima Piazzi. The property has private parking, ski and bicycle storage and a lovely garden. Next to the house, within walking distance there is a small grocery store with attached bakery and where you can sample traditional cuisine from Valtellina hotel-restaurant.
I'm Lucia, married with Lionello, we have two children, Camilla and Nicolò 18 14. In the free time we love very moving in nature. In winter we practice alpine skiing, summer mountain biking together is our passion for trekking and running.
Our property is only 10 km from Bormio where are the Bormio Terme and the famous SPA of "Bagni Nuovi" and "Bagni Vecchi." At 20 km there is instead known enclave of the Alta Valtellina Livigno. Interesting to climb for bike lovers the Stelvio Pass 2758 meters above sea level, the Passo Gavia and the Mortirolo Pass 2652m altitude 1852m above sea level The location of Casa Lucia has easy access to MTB route and scenic walks in nature, do not miss a visit to the Towers Fraele and a scenic ride around Cancano lakes in the Stelvio National Park. Finally, in nearby Switzerland, you can reach St. Moritz, famous winter and summer tourist resort in the Alps, even with the red Bernina Express.
