Casa maica is a Eco Guest House in the middle of the countryside, few minutes walking from the beach of Ezzi Mannu, 10 min by car from Stintino. it is a place for people that enjoy beeing in the nature, far from caos and close to the beach. The main house is made by Rooms with private bathroom, half hectar of land, bbq, parking place, possibility to cook etc...here are welcome babies from 6 years old. IN THE SAME PROPERTY THERE IS ALSO A LITTLE INDIPENDENT HOUSE: THE OCTOPUS HOUSE, a studio WHERE KIDS ARE WELCOME AT ALL AGE. (UNDER 3 YEARS OLD DO NOT PAY). It is an ecological property, we have a macine that purify all the water from the house, we biodegradable products etc. there is no air conditioning and no wifi. It is a strategic spot to visit all north west sardina, the beautiful beaches and sites of interest, and of course the island of Asinara, natural park that is just in front of us. CAR IS NEEDED, in sardinia pubblic trasports are not so good. a turist tax has been introduced from the administration of Stintino and is due at arrival (couple of euros per person a day)
