CasaMavi offers a comfortable and modern two-room apartment of 55 m2, located on the ground floor of the Boldrini family's house, renovated in 2023. The apartment is completely independent and is accessed via the large and livable porch, it has an independent entrance and is consisting of a bright living area with kitchen equipped with every comfort (fridge, hob, dishwasher and microwave oven), double sofa bed and satellite TV. In the second room we find a generously sized double room that can accommodate up to 3 people. From the bedroom there is direct access to the bathroom with shower and small laundry room with washing machine. Outside, guests can use the large porch for pleasant moments of relaxation or enjoy outdoor dinners and lunches. There is a free public car park a few meters away, or you can use the parking space in the courtyard equipped with a column for electric charging of vehicles. Family atmosphere.
